Strategic Sourcer – Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume requirements.

• Investigate communities, networks, referrals, and unconventional channels to identify and engage contributors.

• Convert project specifications into focused searches and adjust strategies as requirements change.

• Share updates on sourcing progress, obstacles, and market insights, while identifying potential risks.

• Analyze sourcing and conversion data to pinpoint bottlenecks, evaluate methods, and enhance performance.

• Leverage AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing processes to boost efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with the Sourcing Lead, Recruitment, and Delivery teams.

• Transform complex requirements into efficient searches and quickly scale sourcing efforts when projects demand high volumes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Excellent research and problem-solving abilities, with a capacity to devise new strategies when conventional sourcing techniques fall short.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proven experience utilizing sourcing data and funnel metrics to guide decisions and enhance outcomes.

• Familiarity with sourcing for AI, data, or crowdsourcing initiatives.

• Experience in sourcing linguists, translators, or other language specialists across various markets.

• Background in working with global or distributed teams across different time zones.

• Willingness to work standard U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap while operating in a different time zone.
