Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates for Verisma’s expanding team.

• Maintain applicant and hiring records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Collaborate with company leaders to address recruitment needs, candidate suggestions, and updates on processes.

• Engage with staffing partners to enhance applicant flow.

• Organize and conduct in-person, phone, and video interviews.

• Provide comprehensive and prompt documentation of discussions.

• Leverage technology across various systems to support recruitment efforts.

• Manage pre-employment references, background checks, and drug screenings.

• Draft offer letters and correspondence for new hires.

• Create and publish job postings.

• Attend weekly recruiting meetings to address pipeline challenges, staffing updates, and strategies for problem resolution.

• Work with Recruiting, IT, and Training departments to ensure smooth new hire onboarding.

• Relay new hire information and coordinate the onboarding process.

• Foster a positive company culture and uphold Verisma’s Core Values.

• Execute additional duties as required by business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.

• 0-2 years of experience managing the hiring process in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
