This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Identify and source top talent to find the most suitable candidates.

• Evaluate resumes to pinpoint qualified professionals.

• Conduct interviews with candidates.

• Assist in coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

• Verify references and conduct background checks for selected candidates.

• Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms.

• Maintain comprehensive records of candidate interactions.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs.

• Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends and techniques.

• Contribute to building a diverse workforce.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
