Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage with and recruit healthcare professionals to meet project staffing needs with exceptional talent promptly.

• Provide strategic support and client delivery to the Hospital/RevTech team.

• Identify candidates for specific roles through various job posting and search platforms.

• Utilize creative networking and social media to connect with and search for applicants.

• Actively pursue both active and passive candidates and explore job boards.

• Serve as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates.

• Review applications and resumes.

• Conduct interviews and perform reference checks.

• Assess and recommend candidates for hiring.

• Ensure adherence to all employment regulations.

• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to guarantee accurate payments, compliant submissions, and a positive contractor experience.

• Execute all other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience in customer service preferred.

• Prior sales experience preferred.

• Experience in a staffing or recruitment role preferred.
