Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Identify, recruit, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for various projects and programs.

• Investigate job boards to determine effective posting channels aligned with project needs.

• Develop and publish job advertisements on job boards and in online communities.

• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to find specialized, rare, niche, and hard-to-locate talent.

• Facilitate crowd recruitment by sourcing large, diverse pools of task-oriented contributors across multiple markets.

• Create and sustain scalable sourcing funnels to meet high-volume recruitment demands.

• Utilize social media and professional networks to engage potential candidates.

• Maintain daily communication with candidates and address inquiries.

• Assist in the screening and qualification processes in accordance with project specifications.

• Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs while preparing internal sourcing reports.

• Ensure organized recruitment documentation and uphold data accuracy.

• Collaborate on enhancing sourcing practices and workflows.

• Identify sourcing challenges, propose solutions, and execute process enhancements.

• Establish partnerships with universities, organizations, online communities, and talent networks.

• Facilitate candidate engagement throughout the entire candidate lifecycle.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager or supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.

• At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, Sourcing, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition roles.

• Proven experience sourcing candidates within North America.

• Familiarity with posting and researching job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and niche platforms.

• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resource management tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in sourcing and advertising through LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing channels.

• Experience in multinational, multicultural, or virtual work environments.

• Background in cross-functional or matrix organizations.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, prioritization, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Expertise in online research and effective use of job boards.

• Innovative candidate sourcing and identification techniques.

• Experience in developing and scaling crowd-recruiting pipelines or high-volume recruitment channels.

• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Google Workspace.

• Experience in specialized sourcing, crowd recruitment, gig-economy talent, or high-volume recruiting is highly preferred.

• Fluency in one or more languages besides English is desired.
