This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete life-cycle of sourcing, recruiting, and placing qualified drivers for TransForce clients.
• Utilize both internal and external resources to discover candidates and contribute to customer success.
• Execute responsibilities that align with company goals, profitability, and revenue enhancement.
• Increase and retain the driver workforce.
• Assist with safety, compliance, onboarding, and initiatives aimed at driver retention.
• Source high-quality applications and identify local recruitment sources.
• Collaborate with Sales partners and the Market Manager to set competitive compensation rates.
• Foster relationships within local communities and advocate for the TransForce brand.
• Prioritize complete applications and effectively promote Employment Solutions to candidates.
• Produce reports and maintain recruiting and candidate information in company systems.
• Align candidates with positions and customer requirements.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and clarify available positions and employment benefits.
• Work closely with Driver Hiring Specialists, Market Managers, Operations, customers, candidates, and team members.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers during the processing stage and afterward to assess turnover risk.
• Leverage market data and escalate issues to leadership to uphold competitive pay rates.
• Communicate professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• Work experience can be considered in lieu of formal education.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful recruiting experience is desired.
• Experience within the staffing industry is preferred.
• Strong preference for candidates with sales or customer service backgrounds.
• Understanding of general recruiting principles is essential.
• Familiarity with relevant employment and transportation regulations is beneficial.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong skills in communication, negotiation, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Proven ability to function effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
