Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for U.S.-based startup positions, from initial sourcing to the acceptance of offers.

• Actively seek out, engage, and cultivate talent pipelines for critical Go-To-Market (GTM) and delivery roles.

• Source candidates through various platforms, including LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, referrals, and other recruitment avenues.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine candidate profiles and ensure alignment on job requirements.

• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate experience, skills, and cultural fit within the organization.

• Keep hiring data and pipeline status updated within the Greenhouse ATS.

• Provide a smooth and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional recruiting experience, particularly in recruiting for U.S.-based roles.

• Extensive hands-on experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, especially in sourcing and managing candidate pipelines.

• Demonstrated success in proactively sourcing high-caliber talent for specialized skill sets and urgent roles.

• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth settings.

• Proficient in using Greenhouse, Upwork, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

• Familiarity with AI tools for candidate sourcing, talent identification, research, outreach, and enhancing recruiting workflows.

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, candidate identification, outreach, screening, and converting pipelines.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Must be U.S.-based and available to work during U.S. business hours or overlapping time zones.

• Must be available for a full-time commitment for the complete 6-month contract.

• Availability to start immediately or on very short notice.
