This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Acquire knowledge of each client's equipment, production environment, hiring requirements, and expectations.

• Identify candidates through direct outreach, referrals, networking, job boards, and established relationships.

• Engage in discussions with candidates about their equipment experience, career aspirations, compensation, location, and availability.

• Recruit for positions including sheetfed and web press operators, press assistants, bindery operators, maintenance technicians, production managers, and print sales professionals.

• Present qualified candidates and facilitate interviews, feedback, offers, and follow-ups.

• Cultivate a lasting network of printing professionals.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping in the ATS.

• Recognize additional hiring needs and business opportunities as relationships evolve.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales.

• Strong advantage for those with knowledge of the printing industry.

• Familiarity with offset, digital, web printing, bindery, or print production is beneficial.

• Comfort in conducting proactive outreach to individuals who are not currently seeking employment.

• Ability to pose insightful questions.

• Capacity to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

• Consistent follow-through on tasks.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Good judgment in decision-making.

• Commitment to candidate confidentiality.

• Familiarity with ATS, job boards, and standard communication tools.
