This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and recruit candidates for direct-hire roles in the construction and skilled trades sectors.

• Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and various recruiting channels to source candidates.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on their experience, compensation expectations, location, and career aspirations.

• Present qualified candidates to clients and oversee their journey through the interview and hiring processes.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of professionals in the skilled trades and construction fields.

• Maintain communication with candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting or staffing is highly desirable.

• Experience in direct-hire recruiting is advantageous.

• Background in construction or skilled trades recruiting is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in sourcing candidates and building relationships.

• Self-motivated and adept at working independently.

• Exceptional communication and follow-up abilities.

• Results-oriented and driven by an unlimited commission structure.

• Candidates can work from any location within the U.S.

• Preference for availability in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
