Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build networks and recruit healthcare professionals to ensure that project requirements are fulfilled with exceptional talent in a timely manner.

• Provide strategic assistance and client delivery to the Hospital/RevTech team.

• Identify candidates for specific tasks through various job posting and search platforms.

• Employ creative networking techniques and utilize social media to reach out to and search for potential applicants.

• Engage both active and passive candidates and explore job boards for suitable profiles.

• Serve as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates.

• Assess applications and resumes.

• Conduct interviews and complete reference verifications.

• Evaluate and recommend candidates for employment.

• Ensure adherence to all employment regulations.

• Maintain confidential information in line with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with Recruitment Leaders, Payroll, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Support teams to guarantee accurate payments, compliant submissions, and a positive contractor experience.

• Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

• Previous sales experience is preferred.

• Prior experience in a staffing or recruitment role is preferred.
