Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify, screen, and interview potential candidates

• Manage the offer negotiation and acceptance processes

• Handle administrative tasks related to contractor hiring

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Oversee established external and internal recruitment procedures

• Ensure that all assigned accounts are fully staffed

• Build and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, Human Resources, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment activities and keep management apprised of market trends impacting contractor recruitment

• Implement recruitment strategies, including advertising approaches, job fairs, and remote hiring techniques

• Maintain recruitment-related materials

• Keep management updated on recruitment progress and any issues that may arise

• Achieve customer satisfaction goals through comprehensive recruitment for assigned accounts

• Perform additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capability to manage multiple projects and tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions and work demands

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness and ability to travel between 0–10%

• Some positions may necessitate employment and education verification, motor vehicle record checks, road tests, and/or compliance with customer badging or background requirements
