Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, evaluate, and interview potential candidates

• Oversee the negotiation and acceptance of job offers

• Manage administrative processes for contractor hiring

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new contractors

• Administer established recruitment processes, both external and internal

• Ensure all assigned accounts are thoroughly filled

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, hiring managers, HR personnel, and recruitment colleagues

• Provide updates on recruitment activities and keep management informed about market trends impacting contractor recruitment

• Implement recruitment strategies, including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and upkeep of recruitment materials

• Achieve customer satisfaction objectives through complete recruitment of assigned accounts

• Carry out additional duties as required

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 2 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing conditions and responsibilities

• Strong customer service skills

• Willingness to travel 0–10%

• May be required to undergo employment and education verification, motor vehicle record checks, road tests, customer badging, or background checks
