This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment and selection procedures.

• Promote job vacancies through a variety of recruitment platforms.

• Evaluate resumes and actively source potential candidates.

• Arrange and conduct competency-based interviews.

• Develop candidate assessments for internal evaluation.

• Maintain the recruitment and selection system with current information.

• Track hiring processes to ensure quality, organization, and compliance with timelines.

• Assist the team in recognizing and attracting exceptional talent for available positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Previous experience as an independent contractor is preferred.
