This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Review resumes, reach out to candidates, and carry out interviews.

• Advertise job openings through various channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal platforms.

• Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Pandapé, to streamline and oversee the stages of the recruitment process.

• Conduct briefing sessions with hiring managers to grasp the technical and behavioral prerequisites for each role.

• Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates at all stages, providing both positive and negative feedback.

• Actively seek out professionals in the market for challenging-to-fill roles.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection processes.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Pandapé is advantageous.

• Capability to work effectively and efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• A proactive approach to tasks.

• Availability to work during standard business hours.

• Access to a personal laptop or computer with Internet connectivity.

• High school education should be specified in the education section.
