This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage recruitment activities for various positions across multiple industries.

• Establish sourcing techniques and strategies for talent acquisition.

• Engage in proactive outreach for specialized and strategic roles.

• Organize and maintain the talent database.

• Generate reports, candidate evaluations, and provide technical feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience in recruitment and selection is not necessary.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

• Must have active business registration (CNPJ) or be willing to establish one and work independently.

• Must be available for remote work.

• Must possess a laptop or computer in good working condition.

• Must have a mobile phone.

• Microsoft Office suite must be installed and fully operational.

• A reliable internet connection, along with a headset featuring a microphone, and a professional workspace are required.

• Preferred: residing in Brazil’s Federal District or nearby areas.
