Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify and attract candidates to enhance the talent pool density.

• Develop and implement a strategy for building a talent community aimed at attracting top-tier talent.

• Manage and oversee the entire recruiting process, from initial applications through screening and offers.

• Enhance the recruiting framework, which includes developing scoring rubrics, interview plans, and communication systems.

• Boost talent brand visibility through social media engagement, team involvement, and community events.

• Work collaboratively with the Chief of Staff, Founders, and team members to integrate strong candidates into the talent network.

• Foster a positive and unforgettable experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in technical recruiting or in technical roles transitioning into recruiting.

• A minimum of 2 years of in-house experience within a rapidly scaling startup environment.

• Capacity to create innovative and tailored sourcing strategies for each position.

• Active participation in and comprehension of engineering culture and developer communities.

• Strong emphasis on ensuring a positive candidate experience.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Experience in development tooling or software infrastructure companies.

• Active involvement in startup or engineering communities.

• Knowledge of scaling operations from 50 to over 100 employees while preserving core values and culture.

• Legally eligible to work and currently located in the country of residence specified in the application.

• Ability to operate within UTC-8 to UTC+0 time zones.
