This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire recruiting process for a wide range of roles, from initiation to offer stage.

• Evaluate incoming applicants, actively seek talent on LinkedIn, and perform initial screenings.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, candidate profiles, and assessment criteria.

• Provide a considerate and human-centric experience for candidates.

• Organize interviews, gather feedback, and assist in making hiring decisions.

• Monitor recruitment progress and outcomes to enhance hiring efficiency.

• Keep abreast of new recruitment trends, particularly those related to AI advancements.

• Improve recruitment systems, processes, and tools for better effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to respond effectively across various searches and priorities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and effective communication with diverse stakeholders.

• Experience in leading or upholding structured and equitable hiring practices, such as standardized rubrics, calibrated screening criteria, or bias-mitigation strategies.

• Ability to quickly adapt to the technical or specialized requirements of roles.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems to monitor progress and outcomes.
