Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various recruiting tools.

• Organize interviews and oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist with recruiting efforts for a specific client account to guarantee timely and high-quality hires.

• Keep candidate records and track recruiting activities within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Aid in job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing strategies.

• Contribute to internal projects, process enhancements, and other initiatives that foster the growth of PLS.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Proactive individual with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is an advantage.
