Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify and evaluate candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and various recruiting tools.

• Organize interviews and oversee candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Assist in recruitment efforts for a specific client account to guarantee timely and high-quality placements.

• Keep candidate records and recruitment activities updated in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Help with job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to internal projects, process enhancements, and other initiatives that support PLS's growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or administrative roles.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Self-motivated individual with a robust work ethic and keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or an ATS is advantageous.
