This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Promote PRIDE’s job openings and attract external candidates for employment with PRIDE.

• Conduct interviews with both external and internal candidates, taking place via phone and in-person.

• Evaluate applicants by aligning their backgrounds and work experiences with job requirements.

• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of employment applications, resumes, pre-employment screenings, and offer letters.

• Collaborate with Human Resources to establish suitable starting salaries.

• Organize interviews and the recruitment process alongside hiring managers and other stakeholders involved in hiring decisions.

• Create sourcing strategies and promote job opportunities through various channels, including postings, online platforms, job fairs, referrals, and other means.

• Manage recruiting activities and events in partnership with community organizations, businesses, job postings, online resources, and job fairs.

• Keep records for both open and closed positions, as well as offer and denial letters and associated recruiting documentation.

• Refresh job postings, advertisements, and applicant files as necessary.

• Conduct employment reference checks for final candidates.

• Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is necessary; an equivalent amount of relevant work experience will be considered.

• At least one year of recruiting experience, encompassing recruiting techniques, technology, and methodologies.

• Intermediate proficiency in personal computer skills, including the use of Internet search engines for posting jobs and sourcing candidates.

• Understanding of labor laws related to recruiting, interviewing, applications, the Americans with Disabilities Act, and accommodations.

• Strong communication skills to effectively respond to inquiries and requests.

• Proficient written communication skills using appropriate business English.

• Computer literacy to utilize business software, access the Internet, and enter/retrieve data.

• Human relations abilities to foster effective working relationships.

• Proven customer service, problem-solving, and practical skills.
