Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial stages to offer acceptance.

• Identify and recruit IT specialists for key accounts, predominantly on a contract basis.

• Conduct client intake sessions to define qualification standards and align on candidate specifications.

• Evaluate resumes and applications, as well as conduct candidate interviews.

• Establish and sustain talent pipelines.

• Advertise job openings on career websites, job boards, and social media platforms.

• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.

• Cultivate relationships with Account Managers, Recruiters, and potential IT candidates.

• Utilize Sense messaging and other AI tools to interact with consultants and candidates.

• Manage consultants and candidates through Bullhorn ATS, Fieldglass, Beeline, and Simplify VMS tools.

• Engage in daily recruiting team meetings to review requisitions and prioritize job openings.

• Submit 8–10 qualified candidates weekly to clients, pending approval from the Account/Delivery Manager.

• Represent PTR Global with professionalism, integrity, and consistency.

• Demonstrated experience in agency IT contract staffing.

• Strong comprehension of W2 IT requirements.

• Reliable internet connectivity and an appropriate remote working environment.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capacity to engage effectively with candidates and clients.
