Aviation Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the high-volume recruitment efforts by creating, executing, and sustaining an innovative recruiting strategy.

• Attract candidates through both existing and new channels to ensure a robust pool of applicants.

• Expand the recruiting division by identifying potential employers to enhance the clientele.

• Manage and implement the staffing process in collaboration with clients and applicants while adhering to regulations.

• Assess and evaluate qualified candidates for presentation to clients for consideration.

• Recruit for all roles for both current and prospective clients.

• Establish business relationships with clients and act as the primary contact throughout the staffing process.

• Appropriately source requisitions for designated positions.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the staffing journey.

• Conduct candidate interviews alongside the hiring team.

• Source qualified candidates effectively.

• Utilize an applicant tracking system for recruitment processes.

• Assist with external recruiting events as needed.

• Perform other assigned duties as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that enables successful performance of job functions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with increasing responsibilities is necessary.

• Capability to effectively present information and address inquiries from clients and/or candidates.

• Strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in written communication.

• Understanding of compliance issues related to recruitment.

• Familiarity with employment law is essential.

• Proficient in internet and computer skills.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Experience in business development involving the acquisition of new client accounts.

• Background in the aerospace/aviation industry is preferred.
