This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Proactively identify passive candidates through various available tools.

• Explore innovative sourcing channels to maintain a steady talent pipeline.

• Surpass organizational objectives related to the recruitment process.

• Assess applicants to determine their fit for the position and alignment with Paynada's culture.

• Serve as the initial point of contact for Paynada and cultivate lasting relationships with candidates.

• Guarantee a remarkable candidate experience from the application stage through to the hiring process.

• Remain informed about industry trends and offer insights to enhance recruiting strategies.

• Keep precise notes and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) using ADP WorkforceNow.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting efforts.

• Build a pool of qualified candidates in anticipation of future needs.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle sales recruiting, ideally within the financial services sector.

• A demonstrated history of surpassing recruiting quotas.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proven time management capabilities with an ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a remote work environment.

• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Pro.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS Software (ADP WorkforceNow) or similar applications.

• A basic understanding of payment processing systems and merchant services is preferred.

• Reliable home internet connection is essential.
