This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.
• Oversee the complete recruiting process for corporate and client-facing roles.
• Facilitate intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, offer assistance, pre-employment activities, and transition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish role specifications, recruiting strategies, timelines, and sourcing methods.
• Create competitive and internally equitable offers within approved compensation parameters.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on recruiting performance metrics, such as time to fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance, and hiring progress.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for current and future job openings.
• Craft role-specific interview questions, structured interview frameworks, and candidate evaluation documents.
• Organize and lead large-scale hiring events across various markets.
• Ensure an enjoyable, professional, and inclusive experience for candidates.
• Travel up to 25% to support recruitment initiatives.
• Minimum of three years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing multiple simultaneous searches in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred experience in supporting both corporate and high-volume recruitment.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Strong capacity to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and virtual interviewing tools.
• Ability to swiftly learn new recruiting technologies.
• Capacity to manage multiple deadlines and multitask efficiently.
• Proven ability to utilize sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, talent-market data, and recruitment metrics.
• Capability to maintain a work schedule that accommodates business operations and candidate activities across Central, Eastern, and Mountain time zones.
• Preferred experience with agency or in-house recruiting.
• Creative sourcing capabilities.
• Familiarity with maintaining recruiting content, templates, and shared resources on platforms such as SharePoint.
• Experience in collaborating across departments with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing all recruitment phases preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
