This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +22 more states.
• Oversee the entire recruiting process for both corporate and client-facing roles.
• Facilitate intake meetings, sourcing candidates, screening, coordinating interviews, evaluating candidates, providing offer support, managing pre-employment tasks, and transitioning candidates to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications and create recruitment strategies and timelines.
• Modify sourcing approaches in response to business priorities and labor market dynamics.
• Create competitive and internally equitable job offers within approved salary ranges.
• Monitor, assess, and report on recruitment performance metrics including time to fill, pipeline status, source efficiency, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and hiring progress.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for both current and prospective positions.
• Design role-specific interview questions, structured interview frameworks, and candidate assessment materials.
• Plan and execute large-scale hiring events in various markets.
• Ensure a positive, professional, and inclusive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• A minimum of three years' experience in full-cycle recruiting, managing multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced setting.
• Preferred experience in both corporate and high-volume recruitment.
• Exceptional collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Strong aptitude for relationship building and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and virtual interviewing technologies.
• Capable of rapidly learning new recruiting technologies.
• Skilled in managing multiple deadlines and multitasking effectively.
• Proven ability to utilize sourcing tools, Boolean search methods, talent market data, and recruiting metrics.
• Availability to maintain a work schedule that aligns with business operations and candidate activities across Central, Eastern, and Mountain time zones.
• Experience in agency or in-house recruiting is preferred.
• Creative sourcing abilities are advantageous.
• Experience managing recruiting content, templates, and shared resources on platforms such as SharePoint is a plus.
• Experience collaborating cross-departmentally with HR, Marketing, and product-focused teams is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant recruiting experience.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is preferred.
