This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for engineering and product positions at all levels, which includes sourcing, screening, and finalizing candidates.

• Manage scheduling and logistics for recruitment efforts, coordinating interview processes across both US and international time zones.

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies and outreach initiatives to attract passive technical talent in both US and global markets.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to outline role requirements, establish hiring standards, and utilize data to challenge decision-making.

• Oversee the entire candidate experience from start to finish.

• Handle searches across various levels while effectively managing your own calendar.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Proficient with an Applicant Tracking System; Overjet utilizes Ashby.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with Juicebox is advantageous.

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience for technical engineering and product positions in both US and international markets.

• Successful track record in sourcing passive candidates.

• Ability to work during US hours.
