Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, databases, and more.

• Evaluate applications and carry out phone/video screening interviews.

• Arrange interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future job openings.

• Simultaneously recruit for multiple positions in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

• Keep precise records of candidates and recruitment activities in the ATS.

• Collaborate with facility leadership to grasp hiring requirements and priorities.

• Guarantee a positive and efficient experience for candidates.

• Assist with high-volume recruitment efforts for a Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Recruit for non-clinical and facility support roles, including Dietary Aides, Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of US recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or hourly hiring scenarios.

• Preferred experience in recruiting for Skilled Nursing, healthcare, senior care, hospitality, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience in recruiting for housekeeping, dietary, laundry, maintenance, and other frontline support positions.

• In-depth understanding of US recruitment practices and sourcing methodologies.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong organizational skills, along with effective follow-up and time-management capabilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple requisitions and candidates concurrently.

• Familiarity with ATS and job board platforms.

• Ability to work during US business hours and support various US time zones.

• Access to a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.

• Second monitor is required.

• Stable internet connection is essential.

• Backup internet connection is preferred.
