This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from initial engagement with candidates to the offer stage and onboarding transition.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships with candidates, ensuring a professional, respectful, and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements, define job specifications, and design effective recruiting strategies.
• Create innovative and proactive sourcing methods, particularly for passive candidates.
• Recruit for both clinical and administrative roles.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines via social media, job boards, professional networking, employee referrals, community groups, colleges, high schools, and other sourcing avenues.
• Build and nurture partnerships with external organizations and educational institutions.
• Act as a recruiting resource and ally to hiring managers by offering recommendations, market insights, and strategic solutions.
• Organize interviews and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring leaders.
• Utilize recruiting tools and assessment resources to assess candidate qualifications.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activities within the ATS and other databases.
• Track recruitment activities and relay the status of open positions, challenges, and opportunities to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Identify and enact enhancements to recruitment processes, workflows, sourcing strategies, and candidate experiences.
• Work in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team on process enhancements.
• Stay informed about healthcare recruiting trends, sourcing techniques, and talent market conditions.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, organizational policies, and industry best practices.
• Maintain professionalism and service in interactions with candidates, hiring leaders, employees, community partners, and stakeholders.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare recruiting, including for challenging clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment process, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
• Background in developing and executing recruiting strategies for both active and passive candidates.
• Familiarity with various sourcing methods including social media, job boards, professional networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, colleges, and other talent channels.
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously while displaying initiative.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills in a dynamic, high-volume setting.
• Proficiency in following established processes while recognizing opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
• Positive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
