Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for clinical, medical, and operational positions.

• Recruit for various roles including therapists, nurses, nurse practitioners, admissions staff, technicians, and leadership positions.

• Develop and sustain candidate pipelines that align with hiring forecasts.

• Identify candidates through direct outreach, job boards, referrals, and networking efforts.

• Execute candidate screenings and facilitate the interview process.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to define role requirements, timelines, and recruitment strategies.

• Enhance candidate engagement and manage the offer process until closure.

• Accurately monitor candidates, pipeline activity, and hiring progress.

• Ensure that hiring documentation and processes meet company standards.

• Adapt workload and availability in accordance with hiring demand and project timelines.

• Provide support for new facility launches and ongoing staffing needs across various states.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting.

• Preferably, experience in healthcare or high-volume recruiting.

• Capability to manage multiple open positions concurrently.

• Strong skills in sourcing and outreach.

• Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage time in a contract setting.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Preferably, experience in recruiting within behavioral health, SUD, or healthcare environments.

• Experience in supporting new facility openings or working with rapidly growing organizations is preferred.

• Familiarity with ATS systems such as BambooHR, ADP, or similar is preferred.

• A solid understanding of clinical roles and credentialing requirements is preferred.

• Engagement as an Independent Contractor (1099).
