Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily recruiting activities for designated positions, from sourcing to extending offers.

• Utilize available recruiting tools to source and engage potential candidates.

• Analyze applications and resumes to pinpoint qualified candidates.

• Conduct preliminary candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Arrange interviews and coordinate subsequent steps with hiring managers and interviewers.

• Ensure clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process.

• Keep candidate information and recruitment activities updated in the ATS.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend role requirements and provide recruitment updates.

• Contribute to fostering a positive and professional candidate experience.

• Assist with recruitment projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.

• Proven experience in sourcing and engaging candidates, especially for high-volume or rapidly changing roles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A proactive, customer-service-driven mindset.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.

• Comfort in working independently while also engaging collaboratively within a team.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace and eagerness to quickly learn new technologies and recruiting tools.

• Experience in recruiting for sales or business development positions (preferred).

• Background in a high-volume recruiting setting (preferred).

• Experience recruiting for both full-time and part-time roles (preferred).

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms (preferred).
