This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for frontline, sales, engineering, product management, administrative, professional, and executive positions.
• Provide an exceptional experience for both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey.
• Act as a consultant and hiring advisor to stakeholders by developing expertise in roles, clients, candidates, and market trends.
• Conduct intake calls with clients to gather job specifications and expectations.
• Create effective recruitment strategies utilizing advanced sourcing methods, market mapping, talent intelligence tools, networking, and Boolean search techniques.
• Perform phone interviews and articulate role value propositions while considering the interests of candidates.
• Seek and pursue referrals from business networks and internal sources.
• Engage with talent communities through phone, email, campaigns, network introductions, and social media platforms.
• Monitor assigned positions and keep precise recruitment records in Orion’s systems.
• Maintain regular communication with hiring leaders and candidates who have been submitted.
• Prepare candidates and clients for interviews.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders on recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and talent pipelines.
• Participate in conferences, networking events, hiring fairs, and talent acquisition activities.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects and strategic recruiting initiatives.
• Execute executive search operations, including market mapping, competitive intelligence, candidate identification, and outreach to passive candidates.
• Build and sustain pipelines across manufacturing, industrial technology, infrastructure, automation, engineering, and commercial sectors.
• Provide insights on market intelligence, compensation trends, and talent availability.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP and other regulatory standards.
• Deep understanding of the relevant industry and its intricacies.
• Capability to establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships while serving as a consultative partner.
• Expertise in gathering and analyzing market intelligence.

• Experience in supporting manufacturing, industrial technology, electrical infrastructure, network infrastructure, automation, or similar industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across high-volume frontline hiring, sales, engineering, product management, administrative, professional, and leadership searches.
• Demonstrated ability to influence hiring decisions and counsel hiring managers and executive stakeholders.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, resume databases, and other recruitment tools.
• Proven success in managing executive search assignments and attracting senior leadership talent.
• Ability to identify, engage, and attract passive candidates using advanced sourcing and networking strategies.
• Capacity to partner with stakeholders ranging from frontline managers to executive leadership.
• Strong history of managing multiple requisitions concurrently.
• Experience in recruiting within industrial manufacturing, electrical infrastructure, network infrastructure, automation, controls, data center, connectivity, or industrial technology organizations is preferred.
• Background in supporting companies that manufacture or distribute products related to electrical, networking, connectivity, automation, power distribution, or industrial infrastructure is preferred.
• Experience in recruiting for roles in electrical, mechanical, software engineering, automation, controls, product management, and industrial sales disciplines is preferred.
• Agency, RPO, and/or executive search experience is preferred.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods.
• Capability to use hands/fingers for handling or feeling.
