Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle from inception to completion, commencing with client kickoff discussions and role definition, continuing through candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and talent placement.

• Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients.

• Develop and sustain robust client relationships throughout the recruitment process.

• Lead kickoff meetings to ensure alignment on role specifications, hiring criteria, processes, and timelines.

• Source, evaluate, and assess candidates utilizing both traditional recruiting techniques and AI-driven tools.

• Manage candidate pipelines and facilitate communication effectively.

• Keep clients and candidates updated at every stage of the process.

• Negotiate offers and oversee the journey from offer acceptance to successful placement.

• Proactively identify and communicate risks, obstacles, and opportunities to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ensure accurate and current records are maintained in the ATS and other recruitment systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably encompassing full-cycle or full-desk recruiting.

• Proven experience managing the complete recruitment process, from client-facing kickoff calls to offer extension and placement.

• Proficient in using AI tools to enhance sourcing, screening, and various aspects of the recruitment workflow.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with both clients and candidates.

• Self-driven and organized, with the ability to manage a remote workload autonomously.

• Comfortable collaborating across time zones with a distributed team.

• An English version of the CV is required; resumes submitted in other languages will not be accepted.

• Nice to have: experience in recruiting for tech and sales roles.

• Nice to have: familiarity with modern ATS platforms such as Ashby and CRM recruitment tools.

• Nice to have: previous experience in an agency or staffing environment.
