📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, from initial candidate outreach to successful placement.

• Foster and sustain relationships with candidates and industry professionals.

• Create and enhance networking opportunities to generate new connections and referrals.

• Leverage the existing candidate database and provided leads to identify suitable candidates.

• Perform candidate screenings and facilitate interview coordination.

• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up with both candidates and clients.
