This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Oversee the complete recruiting lifecycle for technical, engineering, facilities, and professional roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to comprehend position requirements and design effective recruiting strategies.
• Determine suitable sourcing methods.
• Identify and source qualified candidates proactively through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and other platforms.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, communication skills, and candidate interest.
• Organize interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, hiring managers, interview teams, and stakeholders.
• Manage candidates within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives.
• Engage in career fairs, networking events, university recruiting activities, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
• Assist in hiring for ERG's Facilities Group.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in recruiting.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience in recruiting for technical, engineering, facilities, or other specialized roles.
• Skilled in sourcing passive candidates and developing talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while fostering communication and collaboration within a geographically dispersed team.
• Skillful in building trusted relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
• Must currently possess or be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret-level security clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen; this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations.
• Preferred: experience in recruiting cleared talent, particularly within DoD, federal government, and government contractors.
• Preferred: familiarity with federal contract requirements and security clearance processes.
• Preferred: experience in recruiting highly specialized technical or engineering roles.
