This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a talent pool and establish a network of candidates.
• Proactively identify new healthcare providers using various channels.
• Evaluate resumes to determine qualifications, skills, and compatibility with WMS.
• Conduct interviews and facilitate the onboarding of qualified medical providers for locum assignments.
• Ensure data accuracy by adhering to onboarding procedures and documentation standards.
• Build and nurture relationships with both prospective and current medical providers.
• Enhance the provider experience with WMS.
• Expand the network of potential providers.
• Collaborate with the team to assign newly onboarded providers to roles.
• Communicate candidly, promptly, and professionally with providers.
• Maintain thorough documentation and keep provider profiles current.
• Work collaboratively with all WMS departments.
• Contribute to the strategic initiatives of the Recruiting department.
• Represent WMS with professionalism, effective communication, support, and follow-up.
• Assist in connecting healthcare providers with significant opportunities in rural and remote communities.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Locums Staffing.
• Preferred experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven ability to maintain regular and detailed documentation.
• A history of success in prior roles.
• Strong computer proficiency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ATS/CRM software.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication in a professional context.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage competing tasks efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Must be available to work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM–5PM Pacific or Mountain Standard time.
• A dedicated, quiet, and private workspace at home, free from distractions during working hours.
• High-speed internet connection for video conferencing and daily job requirements.
• A self-motivated individual who is disciplined and can manage a busy schedule independently without in-person supervision.
• Submission of a resume, cover letter, and completion of online application questions is required.
• May need to arrange reference calls with previous employers.
