This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive recruiting processes across diverse teams and roles throughout the organization, from job posting to offer acceptance.

• Identify and evaluate candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, Juicebox, referrals, and various innovative channels.

• Utilize AI-driven sourcing tools to effectively find and engage with talent.

• Employ AI technologies for resume evaluation, candidate research, and personalized outreach while ensuring equity and precision.

• Organize and coordinate interviews involving multiple stakeholders.

• Foster a positive candidate experience through clear, friendly, and timely communication.

• Keep precise, real-time records of candidate status and pipeline information in the applicant tracking system.

• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters to articulate role requirements and define candidate profiles.

• Uphold Elation Health’s mission and core values throughout the recruitment process.

• Monitor recruiting metrics and pipeline data, leveraging AI-powered dashboards or reporting tools to uncover trends and obstacles.

• Assess new AI recruiting tools and best practices.

• Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing the recruiting process and candidate experience.

• Assist in HR programs, retention strategies, and team development during non-hiring periods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Strong communication skills with hiring teams.

• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI sourcing platforms) to enhance efficiency.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities and schedules in a dynamic environment.

• A proactive, positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability for your work.

• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally over time.

• Experience in HR (Generalist, Employer Relations) is strongly preferred.
