Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct end-to-end recruiting for various positions throughout the organization, from initial intake to final offer.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create role briefs, job descriptions, and recruitment strategies that align with team objectives.

• Source candidates globally using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and proactive outreach methods.

• Ensure a high-quality experience for candidates by maintaining consistent communication and managing processes effectively.

• Organize interviews and maintain accurate tracking in Ashby, facilitating hiring operations and reporting.

• Contribute to improvements in processes that enable Darkroom to hire more quickly and efficiently.

• Assist in recruitment efforts across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and other areas.

• Work closely with the Director of People and hiring managers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced growth environment or digital-first company.

• Proven experience in hiring for roles across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce, and other cross-functional positions.

• Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System; Ashby is preferred, with Rippling/Notion being a plus.

• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with high expectations and constantly changing priorities.

• Availability to work from 9 am to 5 pm EST; this is a non-negotiable requirement.

• Proficient in clear and fluent English communication with U.S.-based clients and senior stakeholders.

• Must reside in Brazil.
