Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract qualified candidates by formulating recruitment strategies to achieve and sustain optimal staffing levels.

• Continuously develop a robust and diverse pipeline of prospects for future job openings.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to design recruiting strategies, comprehend position requirements, and appreciate departmental culture.

• Evaluate candidates and connect highly qualified individuals with hiring managers.

• Engage in decision-making processes alongside relevant stakeholders.

• Establish relationships with colleges, universities, and other educational institutions to cultivate a talent pipeline and source potential candidates.

• Conduct thorough screening calls.

• Create a shortlist of applicants based on the success criteria established at Cranial Technologies.

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to comprehend expectations and business needs.

• Maintain the confidentiality of employee information, patient data, and other sensitive information.

• Schedule candidates and assist with the posting of job requisitions.

• Execute additional duties and projects as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of general work experience.

• Proficient computer skills – Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented, organized self-starter with the ability to prioritize workload effectively.

• Professional demeanor in appearance, language, and actions.

• Must possess confidence in personal judgments while being open to feedback.

• Ability to identify what is essential for each role, hiring manager, and the organization while setting aside personal biases to seek quality candidates.

• Function with a sense of urgency without compromising accuracy.

• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or recruiting coordination is preferred.

• Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship for employment is not available.
