This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake discussions with hiring managers to define job specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and strategic recommendations.

• Work in partnership with internal teams to design and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to job requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details.

• Utilize market insights and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Proven recruiting experience with a track record of success in corporate, RPO, or agency environments.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
