This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth job scope discussions with hiring leaders to establish position specifications and supply market insights along with search recommendations.

• Assess applicants within the Applicant Tracking System and measure qualifications against job requirements.

• Create and oversee recruitment marketing strategies and sourcing plans.

• Identify candidates through resume databases, search engines, networking platforms, referrals, and talent-community initiatives.

• Interact with candidates via phone, email, and social media, clearly conveying the value proposition of the opportunity.

• Prepare candidates for interviews and ensure timely updates on applications and interview statuses.

• Conduct phone interviews and align interview notes and skills assessments with the outlined position requirements.

• Administer skills testing and review background and reference information as necessary.

• Maintain candidate engagement and collaborate with hiring leaders on offer specifics and recommendations.

• Present job offers, encourage acceptance, and negotiate counter-offers when appropriate.

• Comply with OFCCP and other regulatory standards.

• Create qualified candidate slates and develop talent pipelines.

• Report on recruiting activities, metrics, and initiatives to hiring leaders and Cielo management.

• Recognize challenges in the search process and propose solutions to stakeholders.

• Maintain proactive communication regarding search progress and offer consultative recommendations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of two years of recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Experience in healthcare recruiting is essential.

• Proficient in Boolean search methods for sourcing candidates.

• Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.

• Must be based in the United States.

• Availability to work during PST hours is required.

• Proficiency in the English language is necessary.
