Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work in tandem with internal stakeholders and departments to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Present strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Provide consultative talent acquisition guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in high-volume recruitment.

• Required experience in healthcare recruitment.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting within a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.

• Preferred experience in recruiting phlebotomists.

• Experience with SuccessFactors or SmartRecruiter ATP is preferred.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Must be available to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST.
