Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work alongside internal stakeholders and departments to create and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Deliver exceptional candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement with timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a client brand ambassador throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Proven recruiting experience with successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.
