Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to ascertain position specifications.

• Supply pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against position criteria and provide strong candidate slates.

• Develop talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process with timely updates on their status.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment cycle.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Proven recruiting experience with notable successes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
