This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Offer relevant market insights and strategic recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing initiatives.

• Assess candidate profiles against the specified position requirements.

• Present strong candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on progress.

• Partner with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to support offer suggestions.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with a proven track record in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday.
