This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to identify specific position requirements

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations

• Work collaboratively with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position specifications

• Present strong candidate pools and establish talent pipelines

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process with timely updates

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details

• Utilize market data and compensation standards to inform offer recommendations

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding the status of searches

• Provide consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma

• Recruiting experience with proven success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition
