This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market data and insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Provide robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client during the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry knowledge to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma.

• Recruiting experience with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Proficiency with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.

• Availability to work Monday through Friday during EST hours.
