This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against the requirements of the position.

• Present strong candidate slates and develop talent pipelines.

• Keep candidates engaged by providing timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to establish offer details based on market data and compensation guidelines.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client and ensure proactive communication throughout the recruitment process.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in engineering recruitment is essential.

• Proven recruiting experience with successful outcomes in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Willingness to travel for career fairs.

• Familiarity with Workday Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in the English language is required.
