Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position requirements.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Present strong candidate selections and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search progress.

• Provide outstanding talent and consultative expertise in talent acquisition.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial recruitment.

• Familiarity with union site operations.

• Proven experience in full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.

• Experience with Workday ATP.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting within a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.

• Understanding of fundamental Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• Proficiency in English.

• Availability to work from 8am to 5pm EST.
