📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications.

• Share pertinent market insights and suggestions during the intake discussions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles in relation to position requirements.

• Present robust candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on their progress.

• Work alongside hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation frameworks to inform offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with proven achievements in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics associated with talent acquisition.
