Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate comprehensive intake sessions with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders and departments to design and oversee recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against the defined position requirements.

• Present strong candidate slates and cultivate talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement throughout the process by providing timely updates on progress.

• Collaborate with hiring leaders to finalize offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation frameworks to assist in offer recommendations.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Provide consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma.

• Experience in recruiting with a proven track record of success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media platforms.

• Understanding of standard Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.
